This service allows you to connect to your provider with ease in a timely manner, and is designed with the patient in mind to be very user-friendly. Virtual consultations can be done using devices that most patients have easy access to such as a smartphone or a computer with a built-in video camera, so you won’t need to worry about having any specialized equipment. Occupational Therapy (OT) services are available by a registered and licensed OT, who has worked with children, adults, families, and educators since 1989. Specializing, but not limited to, pediatrics and wellness. Different modalities are utilized to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, Sensory processing disorders, as well as, various diagnoses and disorders, such as MS, Lupus, Arthritis in various setting, home, school, and clinic.
Consultations and program implementations will be provided to your business and/or establishment to educate and demonstrate simple and proven techniques for stress management. This will assist in improving productivity in the work place, school, and home. Programs geared towards children and the implementation in the the classroom have been connected to core curriculum to carry over learned skills with more ease in the classroom setting. Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial (connective tissue) restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Myofascial release technique is one modality utilized to promote wellness and independence through education in proper body mechanics and movement, self treatment instruction, enhancement of strength, improved flexibility, and postural and movement awareness.

YOGA (Hatha)

- Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm
(July 13,15,20,22,27,29 & August 3,5,10,12) - The introduction of essential oils during Yoga will be explored.
- Private sessions are available throughout the week upon request and will be provided at various locations.

Aromatherapy / Essential Oils

Essential oils support the various systems of the body, most importantly, the nervous system. Essential oils are utilized as part of a multi-sensory approach to enhance the learning experience and promote good health.
